Hello beautiful human! I would love to share with you my project called AM Inspirations, or AMI.

AM Inspirations (AMI) is a brand name and social media network I created as a way to spread a message of love, peace, joy, unity and compassion. Decades of working directly with fitness and life coaching clients has helped me to understand and empathize with so many types of people of all ages and backgrounds. Having lived on both the east and west coasts of the United States, I’ve had a good sampling of varied cultures and beliefs, and what I mostly see is how we are all the same - each of us a part of one big human family. Expanding on that concept, in 2016 I had the greatest awakening… the awareness that our fellow Earthlings of all species are also part of our greater Earthly family... and so my vegan journey began.

I, along with millions upon millions of others, know that we can create a better world, and that number is growing every day. I hope you will join me in raising the vibration and sending out love and light to all life on this planet. Together we are the change!
